Consistency
December 2015 - Took this picture when I was visiting London during winter break a few years ago - ngl I felt like a professional photographer after taking this lol.
The title of this post is consistency because that is what I am currently trying to focus on. It’s easy to start new things and drop them a couple weeks later - sticking to is difficult af. An example of mine is powerlifting. I’ve been training on/off for 5 years (I think) and I’ve definitely come a long way - but considering how many unnecessary breaks I’ve had in between I should be considerably stronger.
I know it’s easier said than done but force yourself to stick to your goals. Don’t let your dreams die </3.
