Mistakes

August 2020 - Me doing my best Star Wars impression.

Mistakes. The greatest teacher. And boy have I made plenty. Some by accident and some most definitely on purpose. I was rewatching Stranger Things and at the end of season 3 Hopper gives a lil’ speech - gets me right in the feels every time. If you know you know, and if you don’t then what’re you waiting for?? Watch the damn show ya fool.

It’s a bit of a late one today. I haven’t been on a night time drive with my new car yet so I decided tonight was the night. I forgot how much fun it is - could probably use some new tyres though… It's slower than my previous car but it feels considerably more alive. Gotta love a manual (or stick for my American comrades). I have a vision for what I want the car to become but I shall take my time in making the changes. Will be a fun lil’ project.

Sorry I got distracted. I was supposed to be talking about mistakes. I think I’ve written about it a tiny bit before where I mentioned a quote by Itachi - it was probably ages ago. Anyway, you know the moment you realise you’ve messed up is the worst. That feeling of “oh sh*t what have I done?” I mean I haven’t exactly made any recently, but I feel like I’m about to… Well I don’t know if it is a mistake but there’s only one way to find out. No ragrets am I right?

Completely off topic but not really because Anakin Skywalker definitely made some mistakes. All I wanna say is that Darth Vader is the greatest villain of all time. How could you possibly think otherwise?? The dude has an aura like no other, plus the epic voice by James Earl Jones. I also don’t get people who don’t find Star Wars cool af - absolute freaks.
